There had been a situation in the past when my boss had trusted the employees completely without checking the activities of the employees much. There had been employee-empowerment in our company. However, there had been many employees misusing the freedom and empowerment officially given by the boss to the employees. There had been employees eating during working hours, watching movies during working hours, listening to songs during working hours, cracking jokes during working hours, taking excessive breaks more than the officially allowed period of breaks by the boss, etc. These activities had never been tracked by the boss because of not considering any employee to break his trust. However, the trust of the boss had been broken many times for which quality, productivity and efficiency of work had become low many times. There had been emails sent to clients by the employees about revising poor-quality work as fast as possible.
